Love Dr.Bouldin and his staff he done everything possible to help before we finally had to do surgery and everything he said would happen happened,and all turned out great! Would go back and would recommend him to anyone👍

I came to Dr Bouldins office the first week of May due to an accident. I went to the appt because a tool I used to scrap vinyl letters off my storefront fell on the top of my foot. My toes were curled and numb. I saw him in the office and was told to come back 3 days later for a ultrasound. Went to that appt and couldn't find the issue. He was going to schedule an MRI to confirm what he thought was wrong. I received a phone call for an appt 2WEEKS later!! I told them I couldn't wait that long I would just get a second opinion. I received a phone call from Dr Boulin office with a scheduled appt in Franklin with a MRI tech. I called that day and got an appt in Murfreesboro with a foot and ankle specialist. I immediately called the franklin office and canceled due to the Murfreesboro dr(Thompson) realizing the severity. I ended up severing 3 tendons and the main nerve. Saw Dr Thompson same day as he scheduled an MRI that afternoon. I had emergency surgery the next day. I called Dr Bouldins office today Sept 15 to see about a corn I received from wearing my boot for 10wks. They informed me they could NEVER see me due to being non compliant. I asked what did I do. The lady at the front desk stated they worked hard to get me an MRI and I didn't show. I would NEVER recommend this office. Slow to care and why was I denied treatment when I canceled the MRI that was in a different office. So offended. I would recommend TOA in Murfreesboro for outstanding care and concern. It is worth the drive to be treated as a actual person and not a number walking through the door. I had Togo e a 1 star rating but I would actually give them a ZERO!!

My husband has been seeing Dr. Eric Bouldin from a few months now. He was impressed on how he was helping his foot. Then the Doctor said they would need 200.00 up front for shoe inserts. My husband agreed and paid the 200.00. They told my husband that he would get his 200.00 back if the insurance PD 100%. Well we got the statement in the mail and guess what insurance form said they PD 100%. So my husband asked on his next visit where is the 200.00 and they said well you only get 35.00 back. Well phone call after phone call they can't explain the difference in money. So my husband called and said can I come Friday and talk to someone to explain the money difference. They said sure we don't have any patience on Friday. Well that was a lie they had a room full of patience. He was talking to one of the staff members still couldn't explain the money difference and also explained they had a new billing system and they fully didnt understand it. Well Dr. Eric Bouldins wife came after my husband slammed the door in my husbands face and said get out of my office before I call the police. She was very rude and said we have patience in here that are hurting and my husband replied and I'm one of them and I was told to come in today to discuss where my money went.
