I was referred to Mike Conley by a friend several years ago. I bought home, auto, and general liability insurance for my work. I found the prices to be affordable and Mike went out of his way to meet with me in person several times to make sure I understood everything. He also asked many questions to make sure that I knew what I needed! Flash forward several years and it is still smooth sailing. I needed proof of my general liability insurance on a Saturday for a job. Not only did Mike answer his phone on a weekend, he got me the document I needed. I have never had a problem working with Mike. I also had a chance to meet the owner of Mid Ten Insurance group Grant. He was a very friendly and assured me that if there is ever a problem that I need help with, or a question I need answered he is always available. Great company, great people, great quotes! I highly recommend these guys for your insurance needs.

They never call back when you call and leave a message. Every time within the last 2.5 years i have called, i never get a return call. In fact I called today the receptionist took a message and the agent never returned my call.

Amazing customer service. We love our agent, Mike Conley. He is always there to answer any questions we have. Im very thankful that I've found someone that I can always count on for any of my insurance needs.

Recommended roofer arguing and refusing to assist inspector, did not shop for low rates, did not change over policies between companies at renewal causing more charges.
