I don't know why people say bad things about this company. Every one in the company is very helpful, caring, and friendly. First thing when calling they always ask how we are doing and care if something is not going well. When it come to business they preform all matters quickly and with great efficiency. I suggest them to everyone and would never want to go anywhere else. Call them and see how they can help you.

Stay away from Insurance Brokers of America in Murfreesboro, TN and the owners, Jeff Prince and Amy Prince. They act illegally, unethical, are rude, and intentionally give misinformation about policies to suit their needs. I have had to involve the carrier as well as the Tennessee Department of Insurance to deal with their illegal and reckless behavior. stay away from Insurance Brokers of America in Murfreesboro, TN.
