Stopped by so they could swap the tires for my Triumph. It was 1600 and the open sign was on and a flag was flapping out front near a red Dodge Challenger that said "open" on the flag. Door was locked and the garage doors were shut. Knocked on the door a couple times and even walked completely around the building. No one would answer.  

I drove down the street to Pete's Cycle and got professional mechanics to do the work. Last time I come here.

I took the bike for an overall look over and to get a tune for my bike and upon my return to pick up the bike they had only put in a new battery and did an oil change  in which i had told them not to do and still proceed to do. Needless to say more the charged me double the amount of shop time normally required and ended up sticking me with a heafty 400$ bill.

A good friend took his bike here and was far underquoted what they charged him for his work. Then, even for a simple job they kept his bike for the better part of a month before getting it back to him. 

The worst part though is that he dropped it off we brand new tires. I'm talking maybe 50 feet of riding from a garage to a trailer and then off of the trailer and into the shop. When he finally got his bike back there were huge gouges in the tire that clearly indicated that someone had done burnouts on his bike. Not to mention chunks of rubber stuck to the undertail of the bike. When asked about this the shop employees blatantly denied it, although they did admit to taking his bike out and riding it "hard" for way more than the standard 1 mile "around the block" test ride. When asked about this as well they basically told him "It's standard operating procedure, so tough luck kid". As of now they haven't done anything to rectify the situation, and been black balled by two of the major riding groups in MD. Hopefully they do something to fix the situation, but we'll see.
