Midway Cleaners

Midway is just blocks from house so very convenient. But all the cleaning is done on the premises and you can get next day pick up. I bit more expensive than going to cleaner that send garments out but worth out for the service -

Been going here about 4 years now regularly. Never lost an item, always good service. Always ready the date they say it'll be done.

Initial phone call was very unprofessional, they couldn't hear me yet they didn't step outside the room away from the vacuum so they could hear. They put me on hold with the vacuum in the background only to pass on someone else who also didn't seem to want to take on the phone call.. Didn't seem like they wanted my business, after telling me multiple times they couldn't hear me they also were not willing to provide me with a price. I was turned off by them .. I went with someone else..

Not a great experience. The staff was friendly, and they offered a discount on my first visit. However, my shirts came back with an unpleasant smell I think it's the cleaning agent they use and my sweaters had shrunk. I have a longer than average torso and sweaters can be hard to find - so this was a huge disappointment. .

I have been coming here for over a decade and they do a spectacular job! They are affordable and have great customer service! I really appreciate Chris for going the extra mile with my jacket!

They ruined a vintage jacket and will not take ownership for the mistake or compensate me for my item. Horrible service directly from the owner. Since I'm lying....... See photos!

The new owner has made improvements in responsiveness to customers with timely service. Basic improvements made.
