My zipper snapped in half on a favorite jacket. I called in and was informed to bring it down for it to be looked at. When I got there the lady was very helpful and informative. The zipper was replaced right then and there with minor hiccups and I'm super happy with the results.

Katia is amazing. I drive 30 minutes just so she can tailor my clothes. I won’t go to anyone else. She has done from simple things like a hem to altering gowns and every single time her work is impeccable. Highly recommended!

Put a whole new zipper on my favorite coat within a week. It's a very thick winter coat, and you can't tell at all that the old zipper was removed or that this one is new. Was quite impressed.

Hemmed two pairs of pants of mine perfectly, even when they had to take off quite a bit of length it ended up perfectly fitting. Friendly owners, safe shop regulations for COVID. Will be coming here again.
