amazing service! I have had so many bad experiences with eye doctors, but when I came back in after KNOWINGLY blowing off my appointments for 7 months I came back in to request new contacts. I was treated so professionally and they even helped me out with another trial pair to help me get to my next appointment. There is nothing like being treated like you matter!

Poor at getting in this place. Many better Doctor office in Fort Wayne. Never would I recommend this vision place until they spend up the process!!!

I think the doctor is very knowledgeable, however, I have had cataracts, dry eye disease and three pair of eye glasses since a patient and my eyes are worse. I have NO eye insurance and paying for eyeware is EXPENSIVE! I just wish that I could get results that lasted!

Worst eye place I have ever been to. They are so rude and so very unperfessional. I will never be back. Do your self a favor and save ur time and money.

Ive never been so insulted in my life. As im sitting down to get my new galsses Deborah (the woman who assist you with your glasses) was very rude to me. I asked if they had smaller frames because i dont like the bigger one. She said they did for people who actually pay for their glasses. Im on Medicaid due to recent unemployment. That was jands down the work ive ever been treated in my life. Sadly when i called to get myself and my children taken out of their system they showed no remorse for how i was treated. This is sad and very unprofessional. I will not be returning. EVER.
