Midwest Urgent Care

I went here today for after affects of the flu. Dr. Agarwal was amazing. He has to be the nicest doc I have ever met. Both him and the nurse were so kind and caring. They got me in right away with no wait times. He even showed me what bronchitis looks like on my X-ray! He took the time to explain everything as well. I wish they did regular doctor visits because I would definitely be switching. I will be going to this location any time I have any urgent issues in the future for sure.

I live in topeka but work here in Omaha 80% of the time. I prefer this place over any place back home. If I come in with an issue the the doc is quick to look at me and give me his opinion and treatment, and I’m on my way. All the other staff I have met so far are friendly and efficient as well.

I’m unsure how they can call themselves an Urgent Care with how they DONT treat patients. My husband went last week to be seen after being down for 4 days. He was now fever free, but prior had 2-1/2 days of body aches and high fever. All home CoVId tests came back negative but he was extremely dizzy and still tired. They refused to see him and said he had to be seen virtually but couldn’t be seen until 2 hours later. He does the virtual which lasted all of a few minutes to be told “sounds like flu” but wanted to send him to their other location to be tested for flu and covid. This wasn’t for another 3 hours. I understand there are staffing shortages but this was ridiculous. It shouldn’t have taken my husband all day just to not be seen. They should’ve mentioned from the beginning that they were not going to physically look at him. I listened to my gut instinct and got a second opinion, turns out my husband was extremely dehydrated and required an IV and amoxicillin because he developed a sinus infection after the flu. If you’re needing to be seen, please go to another urgent care.

My go to urgent care is the 120th & Dodge location. They are fast and friendly and very helpful! I prefer coming here over my regular doctor. Highly recommend this place if you want to get in and out quickly - and Dr. Vijay is the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! The entire medical staff is friendly & VERY knowledgable. I was in their office for a unrelated issue & they suggested I go to a dermatologist to have a spot checked on my neck. They referred me to a local doctor & I was able to get me in right away. The spot ended up being an aggressive form of melanoma skin cancer. They literally saved my life by helping catch this cancer in it's early stages!! 1,000,000 stars!!! Thx guys!! MJ

This place is my go to! They’re friendly, and fast. You do not have to wait hours to see the doctor. Highly recommended.

This clinic is Awesome with the friendly care especially Dr. Agarwal with utmost attention. Walk in is really good as we don’t have to wait for long appointments.

Very personable and efficient. Doc will do anything to help with your pain or discomfort and Cindy is an angel who made me feel at ease the whole time I was terrified and in pain.

I had a wonderful experience here and was quickly and efficiently. The nurse and the provider were interested in me as a person, and I did not feel rushed out the door! 10/10!!

The staff is so friendly and down to earth. Nurse was making me laugh and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend !
