I find Mike has earned my trust through his work on my car. His honesty is very important to me. His attention to detail reflects his professional manner. The front office is user friendly. The service writer is very experienced and helpful. Their work orders/invoices are clear, comprehensive and accurate.

Great service. They always take good care of me. They do their best to find low prices for parts, they also work around your availability. The receptionist is very friendly. Dealing with car repairs is awful but they make it better. Also an incredibly charitable group, always helping the community.

Mike has been my Dads mechanic for years, even before he had more then one worker. Now my sisters, mom and I go there for all our work needed for our cars. Mikes auto is a family feel kinda place where they give you great service and honest truth about what's really wrong with your car, not just because they want you to spend more money. I would reccommend this buisness to everyone whom is looking for a friendly , honest and professional environment for your car needs! Esp Cindy!!!! She's the best ! Such great personality !!!!! If you love your car as much as I do, Mike's should be the only place you ever bring it! We all dislike mechanics; they hustle you with repairs that you really don't need and then charge you an arm and leg to get it all done. Not the case here! My wheels were stolen about a year ago, and since, there has been a scratching noise coming from one of my front wheels. The Honda dealership where I bought my car wanted to charge me over a hundred dollars to lift the car and take a look. I dropped my car off at Mike's. They lifted it up, took a look, and fixed the problem. They didn't charge me anything, the receptionist stayed after hours and waited for me to pick up my car, and even left a chocolate bar for me inside. Never going anywhere else.

Stellar customer service that can easily compare with any luxury dealer! Quality work done with a complete walkthrough starting with diagnostic with pics and order of urgency, reasonable costs on parts and labor and most importantly reliable work done in a timely manner. I can't recommend this shop enough, 5 stars all day.
