I travel over 45 minutes because of their quality! Absolute BEST service that you can get anywhere. Tim takes such great care of me, and it is so refreshing to have someone I trust work on my car! I would give another five stars if I could! FANTASTIC, FAST, and RELIABLE service... you can't beat it!

Love this place!  Always so easy to work with and the documentation they provide for their work is fantastic.  They take videos during service visits and send it to you on your cell phone so you can see what they are seeing and any recommendations they have.

 I know that Direct Tire and Auto in Medway has always ensured my experience has been an enjoyable one, so I will continue to go back for years to come and recommend others in the area do the same.

They were booked for the day but made time for me to replace a tire with a nail in it.  Didn't love buying a new tire but was very grateful that they took care of me, and pretty quickly as well.  Much appreciated.

Oh my goodness! These guys are the best! Manager Doug Smith went over and above for me last night when I was delayed getting back to the shop with my loaner car. Great tires, excellent service, friendly staff, with a sense of humor, no less. Plus, they made it really easy for me to pay in installments. Thank you guys! Please tell Barry that I am a happy customer.

Good experience with the retail service store (in the past I've only ordered tires from there website). I came here to install my previous, non-Direct Tire purchased snow tires & a wiper blade upgrade. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I was seen within a few days (due to my schedule). In the middle of the wait, I received a text message with a 2-minute video - a visual inspection of the underneath of the car with service comments. I liked this, as it showed the transparency of the servicing. All in all, a good experience. Knocking off one star, due to not being informed of my service wait. However, this will not stop me from visiting in the spring to purchase my new spring/summer tires.
