Being very particular about my cars and being someone who prioritizes keeping them in great shape, it was important to find a reliable, knowledgeable independent shop that we could trust. My research led me to Revolution, and am incredibly pleased to have found Alan and his team. We needed the brakes on our '15 Audi Q5 done and Alan was able to get us in right away. We were pleased to see that all of things the dealership indicated could only be found at their service department was there at Revolution. The work was done on time as promised, and I feel we honestly paid a fair price (much less than dealership quote) and got high quality work. On a side note, I was very impressed with Alan - clearly a man of his word who stands by the work of his shop. Revolution has earned our business and we will keep bringing our Audi Q5 (and whenever we need it, our Mini Countryman as well) there moving forward.

I was referred to Revolution Automotive by a close friend. He spoke very highly of Alan and his crew. Prior to this, my vehicle was being serviced by Herb Chambers Porsche of Burlington. My vehicle is a 2008 Porsche Cayman (See Pictures). I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, but it turned out that the vehicle needed some major work. Alan and his team were professional, honest, and worked to turn the car around as soon as possible. I highly recommend Revolution Automotive for any service needed.

I found Revolution Automotive through a Google search and was impressed by how satisfied customers were with the service at Revolution Automotive. I have a 2004 BMW X3 and it's a priority for me to keep the car in good and reliable shape as I drive a lot of miles, often with children/young adults. Although it's a 30 minute drive to Revolution Automotive, my experience with Revolution Automotive's customer service, mechanics, and competitive prices has made me a raving fan. I've been given a Mercedes to use for the day while my car was being serviced and have been dropped off/picked up when it was more convenient for me. Alan has called me while out of town to make certain I was happy with a repair job done while he was away. And the topper in my experience of Revolution Automotive's stellar service was their taking care of on an issue with the cooling system after servicing the cooling system a week before-at no additional cost! Wow-when was the last time you had a company take that level of responsibility for their work and customer satisfaction?? Thank you Alan (and Chris) for creating a standout company in today's challenged world of customer service!
