These guys are great. They know what to do, and they make no fuss about it. I recall dropping off my car on two separate occasions for an alignment; and when I went back to pick it up, I was told there was no need for an alignment and I wasn't charged. You hardly see this elsewhere. Great guys.

Fabulous, friendly, and fast! I'm totally impressed with the service and professionalism of Direct Tire & Auto after my first visit. They took the time to completely check out my car after I came in for a flat tire and answered all my questions before and after the service. Why didn't I bring my car here years ago?!

Dropped in this morning to have a tire repaired.  Place was very busy.  Jesus Robles took care of getting me in and out in more than reasonable time.  Thanks.  Overall, for the past 30 odd years Direct Tire has been awesome.  I highly recommend Direct Tire and Auto, Watertown.
