Mike was nice and accommodating. The deal he has with the Enterprise nearby was incredibly helpful. The low rate and the ease to rent was really helpful, since my car had to be in the shop for a couple days. Even though Mike's is quite far from my house in Brighton, I will definitely be returning here for future servicing on my car.

I went to a brandname mechanic shop, where they upcharged me for service, equipment and labor, without really giving me a good idea of what was wrong with the car. Being upset, I went to Mike’s. He walked me through the service required for which part of the car and gave me a reasonable quote o the cost. It all ended up being MUCH cheaper and overall a stress free experience.

brought my truck in for a fuel pump item only last two weeks before the part fail. item was replaced under warranty but it was like pulling teeth to get the owner to honor the terms. i paid 700 plus dollar for the job this shop used cheap Chinese parts but charge you for premium parts long story short the warranty part failed also so i decided to do the job myself and install a new delphi pump needless to say i have not had a problem since. 6 months and counting. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

My car was towed to Mike's after an emergency and Mike showed incredible kindness in my despair. What was an incredibly stressful situation was made tremendously better by my experience here. Mike was honest and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. He worked around my schedule and helped me when I needed help the most. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe to drive and showed that he cared. I am thankful for my experience here and would highly highly recommend this service.
