Parker's Auto Service

This review is long long over due. I have been a customer of Parkers Automotive for about 5 years and can’t say enough good things about them. Rob (the owner) and his staff are very knowledgeable and stand by their work. They go out of their way to help save you money and explain to you exactly what’s wrong with your car. My Mountaineer has recently hit 175,000 miles. It runs and drives great due to the preventative maintenance I have done at Parkers. If your looking for an reliable, honest place to bring your vehicle then theirs no better place around then Parkers Auto.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The staff is great, from the owner to the employees. They are all very down to earth and easy to talk too. Whenever I go in with issues they stop what they are doing to help me out. Typically when I used to bring my cars to other repair shops I would just assume I was getting ripped off. The other shops would always say "You need this, you need that" and a simple oil change would turn into $600.00 worth of repairs, that I probably didn't actually need, but I never knew any better. I have never run into that problem with this shop. I actually brought my car in when I thought I needed new brakes a few weeks back and they checked them out and told me that I actually don't need them replaced. They could have easily just done the brakes without saying anything to make a quick buck but they were honest with me and told me to hold off. With money being tight, that was music to my ears. So as I said, I highly, highly recommended giving this place a shot. P.S. Prices are also very reasonable.

Incredibly honest and knowledgeable. I needed (or so I thought) a repair that was going to cost thousands. I was going to get quotes from three shops and was going to go with the lowest. Parker Automotive was the last place I contacted. They looked at my car and told me instead of needing the expensive repair I thought I needed that it was going to cost me very little for the fix. Definitely my future go-to mechanic.

I Highly recommend Parkers Auto Service for vehicle repairs. Definitely would go back. Thank you! January 2017, back again for emergency service. Towed in, fixed within a couple of hours and was able to pick up. Very reasonable and I highly recommend. Thanks again
