Quality pearls on premium pricing. Suggest to do some homework before shopping there to get exactly what you want.
I sent a bracelet to be restring and they did a fabulous job. There was an issue with the delivery Fed Ex fault, not them and everything was rectified. Their customer service is truly amazing and would not hesitate to recommend them or do business with them again. Thank you for your excellent service Mikimoto.
I shipped the triple strands family heirloom from my father to my mother to me to Mikimoto of NY.. they did a fabulous job restrung pearls and replaced the 18K Mikimoto clasp for me at very reasonable cost. The pearl necklace were bought in 1969. Thank you very much. I love it so much I bought a 5 strands from Mikimoto. MANY THANKS
