Milhaus

Horrible experience all together at one of the Milhaus properties. DO NOT RENT HERE. My fiance and I moved to Indianapolis excited to live in the city in a luxury apartment. Instead all we got was 6 months worth of pain. No air conditioning in the hot summer, washer and dryer hooked up wrong causing a flood in our back bedroom, no hot water in the showers, leaking dishwasher, I even had a full closet rack fall on top of my head because it was not installed and anchored properly! Oh and did I mention their security is horrible? Parking garage jumping and homeless people getting in the building lobby! But don't bother calling for assistance, because the staff and especially the "manager" will never respond. Highly suggest looking elsewhere! There are many other great apartments with a more responsive staff/management company throughout the city.

I live in Addison Creek and this is the company that manages them. I've been calling since June 2017 and have yet to receive a call back. No wonder Addison Creek is so run down. I will never lease with any property that is managed by Milhaus. It's like if it isn't a nice and new community, they pay it no mind. Not fair to the average person. Do better

Terrible company...I have reached out to regional management about my situation several times and still have not received a response. I've only lived in this property one week and it is unacceptable. I can't believe they are allowing people to move into these apartments, Addison Creek on Rockville to be precise, this is just sad. My next step is contacting the BBB because someone needs to shut this place down.

My son rented from this place in July of 2016. His unit had a leaking air conditioner on the roof which leaked into his apartment putting holes in the ceiling in the closet. Water leaked for 2 months with no attention from the maintenance team. No air conditioning during August or September months. MOLD grew in closet and kitchen wall, carpets were always wet and unit stunk. The MOLD made him sick and he moved out of this hell hole. The next day he went to clean out his fridge and maintenance was in the unit PAINTING over the mold - what a health hazard this building is to other tenants. i would never recommend anyone stay at this place unless Milhaus Development LLC went into this place and did a thorough inspection of ALL the units. This violates many health codes and puts other tenants at risk for future health issues. I would suggest you clean up this place quickly. Also, the nice outdoor pool never opens as the water is always green. You need to do something about this place quickly.
