Mill End Fabrics

This is a Mecca for fabric lovers. Walking around, touching the beautiful fabrics actually got me back into sewing! One afternoon while I was there the owner pop in. The staff is friendly and composed of creative types. They have scrap bins of fabrics and pieces of leathers, you can make purses ect. They estimate average time needed is 25 minutes. Heck no, not for us veteran sewers. Nice restrooms here. Sitting rooms nearby for nursing infants or fir those non-sewers tagging along with us. Only thing I noticed on a couple of visits, I purchased a crushed velvet fabric. Then I returned 1 month later and it was actually marked up. Also bring snacks, no real food around in this warehouse district.

This is a place that has been virtually unchanged for my entire life. I I'm Amazed at the level of service that at the level of service that this place provides. The knowledge that they have between the people there is a gold mine for beginner for expert alike. If you have a choice this is the one-stop-shop for all your fabric Hobby and sewing needs.

This place is AMAZING! Their inventory is overwhelming... In A GOOD way! The staff is superb, and the prices are perfect. This is one of my favorite new places to shop!!!

Huge selection, any thing you need they most likely have or can order. Very reasonably priced and staff was very helpful. Will definitely be going hear from now on for any fabric needs.

You could possibly wait a while before someone offers assistance, however they have fabrics, notions and MANY patterns. A plus for them is that once you have their attention, they are nice and very helpful.
