Real Deal Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

$490.95 for 4 small bedrooms! A Complete Scam! Please stay away from this company. I have a very small house with small rooms. This company cleaned 4 rooms. I received my receipt and work order on April 21, 2018 for the carpet cleaning for $114., which is time stamped and not a quote. I discovered yesterday May 9th that the Company charged us $490.95 for carpet cleaning. I called them regarding this issue and the owner Andrew was no help.

This is carpet cleaning company with great ethics and professionalism. I have had a problem communicating on the phone and the manager called me to make thing right. I really appreciated him for reaching out to me and offering to make things right. He offered to do my carpet for a price a better price due to inconveniences. He did a half price and it was great but what was even better to me was when he was willing just to make things right. Willing to make things better. This is the carpet cleaning company with great dedication and determination to get a job done. They seem to be one cleaning company that does care about making customers happy and satisfied. For that alone, I would recommend Real Deal Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

Wow I was weary of using carpet cleaning service due to past experiences but Real Deal with Paul and his partner just came in and was the best experience ever. Professional and hard working. Great crew who took pride in their work. Thank you!
