My husband was looking for a belt that would fit our Bissell Proheat 2x carpet cleaner. He had the model number. The company person told us that would not be any help to him. He was very unhelpful and rude. We will go elsewhere for sure. Wanted to share so others would be aware!
They charged more then stated without getting prior approval. Pretty shady.

Nevermind, I answered my own question, their weed is great. Would definitely recommend to others.
