Miller's Pro Hardware

I called around to different places to get estimates on a few windows but the prices were unaffordable. Called Millers and they came out the same day. The owner was honest and told me they could do a repair. Went above and beyond to repair my windows and screens, even stayed late to put them back in. Next day I went for an Allen wrench set & they had one that was significantly cheaper than Home Depot. Thank you so much for your exceptional service!

Great customer service you can find help when you need it

The owner used to come out and check to see if the job was being done right. That was 6 years ago. I have a problem with his contractors, this one guy never showed up last week to fix my hot water heater that I bought from them. I want to continue to shop black business,but the brothers are going to have to be 10 times better in the city now because of gentrification. Those dollars should stay in the community. I have been referring people to Millers for 7 years now. Please do better!

Miller's hardware was excellent! Helped me get the right product to fix my parents bath tub faucet leak, that I had been struggling with all day. Before I went to Miller's, I went to a plumbing supply store first, but their product didn't fit, even though it looked exactly like the original part, it was just a little different. I couldn't return the part to the plumbing supply store because they close early on Saturday. I thought about Home Depot or Menards, but felt l would not get any help from their people or getting help would take a long time, and I would still end up with the wrong part. So grateful for Miller's hardware being there to help me!

Miller's is the only one that's does my plumbing. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, they do screens & glass for second doors. Black owned, professional, they do excellent work, no over charging, sells and fixes lawn mower. Jack of several trades! I Loe them
