Minabella Beauty Resort

Throughout the years I have been to many nail salons. This has been by far the best place thus far! I may have only gotten pedicures here but they don’t rush and actually take their time! Most of the places I have been to are done in 30 minutes costing you $50.00 bucks! With that being said thank you Anne Nguyen for your love and tender care! Ps you also have great eyebrows! 😍

I've been going to Minabella for at least 2-3 years! I went there for the first time because I started to notice the quality I was getting from my regular salon wasn't great. The first time I went to Minabella I absolutely loved it and I've been going ever since! I love everything about Minabella! The staff is always very friendly and I know they will always do a great job no matter who I get! They are always very accommodating, they even give you water or pop with your service! The facility is very large and designed/organized beautifully! The salon is always very clean! I always recommend Minabella to family and friends!

I wanted something really unique for law school prom. I described my vision to the ladies at Minabella, and they made it happen! I've never been happier with my nails. Great, fast service, a luxurious spa atmosphere, and really funny technicians! Love you guys!

Staff was not friendly in both of my experiences here. Staff were on their phones during manicure, not conversing, and at one point two staff were arguing with each other in front of customers. I was not provided water/soda when I saw that other customers were which was also unprofessional.To me this is not professional and does not provide a satisfactory experience. The staff also did not clean my cuticles, cut the excess off, or clean underneath my nails when I was in for a dip-powder service. When you are spending $45+ on a service, these should be provided. The only good thing personally that came out of this for me was the look of the color. Would not recommend.

I called a week ahead of time to book an appointment for a party of six. The receptionist on the line scolded me and stated I should be calling in at least two weeks ahead of time. Then proceeded to tell me that she'd need to call me back to see if they have enough employees on staff. I provided her with my name and phone number and she said she'd call me back "soon". A day later and no call back. I called in again to follow up and a different receptionist answered, they had no notes that I had ever called in, the day prior, to request for an appointment. We were finally able to book the appointment. When we arrived that day, the receptionist(s) were unfriendly, very rude, and unorganized. I do not plan on ever booking a party there again.
