Ulta Beauty

I just recently moved and this was the closest Ulta. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was asked several times throughout my stay if I needed any help/had any questions. Every girl I spoke to was so charming, helpful, and sweet and I loved it! But the best thing about that Ulta, by far, is Dawn, the hair stylist! I made an appointment and was nervous because I always seem to get rude/standoffish people but O M G. What a surprise and blessing Dawn was. I talked and laughed the ENTIRE time I was there. She and I hit it off and I've never had so much fun getting my hair done. I LOVE her and will 100% go back to see her (even if I'm not getting my hair done 😛). This is my new go-to Ulta and I am so happy with it.

I rarely leave reviews unless the service is exceptionally great or exceptionally poor- this store gets the award for the latter. Every single time I shop here I receive the rudest, snottiest customer service on the planet, from workers who don't know products to them telling me to find something on my own. Each time I have tried to return an item, they have blamed me for the reason the product is defective and the process takes 15+ minutes even with a receipt. I am a Diamond member and enjoy trying new products, Ulta stands by the fact that you can return anything you're unhappy with yet somehow this store makes me feel like a horrible person every time I do. I will never shop here again, I'd much rather travel to the L street Ulta even tho it's a further drive.

I love this store! I took advantage of the special ulta kit, pictured are below. When this store first opened I went in needed everything because my house had burned down. I came back in a few days later for something I forgot. The store manager and all the employees have me cash and gift cards to help me replace my things. They wrote me a beautiful card as well. Needless to say I was crying when I saw their generosity. This is a great store with wonderful people.

They will sell USED makeup andake it look new of it doesn't look worn. They don't like the fact they lose money. It's a nation wide issue. Hygienic wise, it's horrible. So no thanks to going to them. I'm glad I didn't buy makeup there one day I was looking.

This is a amazing place to shop for makeup and beauty supplies. Along with a variety of facials masks and washes. And tools that aid in beauty takes. This is plenty of space and never any wait time. There is also a big space for parking and never packed.
