Went in to the store looking to refresh my makeup and check out the liter sale. The employees were all exceptionally friendly and really knew their products well. You can tell the staff enjoys helping customers. I have used their salon and spa a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. Thank you Tracy G and your outstanding staff I will definitely recommend this store to others and I will absolutely be back in the near future!

Went into Beauty Brands for the first time last week interested in the liter sale. Tiffany L not only helped me find the different shampoos each of my 4 family member house hold used but also gave some recommendations for different ones that I have never tried. She also set me up with a rewards account and I suggested giving the salon a try for my manicures. Def will be returning often

I always love coming to this store, everyone at this location is very helpful and friendly. If anything ever goes wrong with my hair these girls always have a solution. I could not be more grateful to come in and see these girls, they always go above and beyond to please my three daughters and I. Thank you guys for being so amazing :)

Couldn't exchange a conditioner I purchased on acccident (bought 2 instead of a shampoo and conditioner). Didn't want a refund.... Ulta it is from now on!!

I came in for nail polish with a couple friends and ended up with everyone getting what the came for perfectly fine. The manager, named Tiffany (who was eating pizza while everyone else was attempting to unpack boxes), stuck around with our group for our time there and even checked us out. As we were leaving, three police cars pulled up and accused us of stealing. What they believed we stole was the free applicators that the manager had said was okay to grab a few of.. I dont think any of us will use the rewards system the manager had us sign up for. Ended up driving across town to be accosted for something we were encouraged to do.
