Xenon Academy

Great first simple things like children's cuts. Kind of Hit and Miss with the adult ones. I've gotten it colored a couple times it's all right for the price. Usually have pretty okay until today I got there at 9:30 my appointment time Inn at 9:52 the girl comes. Kind of irritated because I had been sitting for 20 minutes I tried to remain polite and expressed that I was on a time restraint and since we weren't going to get started until half an hour after my appointment wanted to make sure they would be time because some people are faster than others. After waiting another couple of minutes for her to ask her instructor it was established that even with two people they would not get it done and time in time. It literally takes a professional 45 min to wash and blow out my hair. I get that they obviously aren't as experience but I think the between two people they should have had no problem. This is only frustrating because I hop on a plane in a few hours to leave the country which is why I wanted it done so no offering to reschedule does it help thanks though

Excellent students and the teachers make sure they don't ruin your hair. Very affordable and you help out an up and coming stylist. Ask for Ilianna.

I always have a great experience at Xenon!.. It's the place to go on a budget. Would recommend allowing extra time, as they are students and are still learning. :)

I’ve gotten my hair done a few times here and turned out great however today its awaful.. I didn’t have time to let have them blow dry and it just dried ..I wanted blended high lights and color I have huge chunks and it more blond than anything omg!!! Plus I was charged way more than then told me I’m sooo disappointed.. I could have just a little more and got what I wanted..just tried calling them and no voice mail and thier closed

Primary focus should be education, not business. The students are paying well over the worth of what they are learning. Perhaps focusing on the education a bit more. Helps both ends.
