My first hairstylist - Emily - did not spend more than fifteen minutes cutting my hair, and she began snipping while my hair was still curly from my messy bun. This resulted in a lopsided haircut. Not to mention my beautiful, long hair is now much shorter than I’d ever wanted. One shining star was the front desk. They were extremely kind and helpful as I tried to make my crazy schedule work to come in for a fix. Really, really wonderful! I wish I could rate them five stars. Unfortunately, my haircut with the manager - Sarah - ended with the same problem. I’m astounded that this happened twice. This has never happened to me before, so I’m not quick to think this is my fault. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get a simple haircut, and I’m extremely upset with having to go even shorter to correct these mistakes. Would never recommend.

We came with a small group for a bachelorette party and we received top notch service!! We felt special from the time we entered, got checked in to the special attention to detail we got with all of our services! As we were running tight on time, I made a last minute request and asked to get my hair done. All the stylists were book but Sandy went the extra mile, picked up some styling tools and did an amazing look for me! We were so impressed with our day here at Victor Victoria! Thank you!!!

Hillary Hubbell is an amazing stylist. She is easy to talk to and does amazing work. Whether you need a men's cut, fashion color, up do, or highlights she can do it all. I highly recommend her!

Great clips quality as far as waxing goes. Building looked nice and the lady at the front desk was nice. The lady bragged about how good she was and ended up doing a very poor job lining my beard up. VERY overpriced as well.
