This is my go to place. They have another location which I go to when they done have hair that I'm looking for. The 2nd location has more hair options and less products while this location has more products less hair options. The jewelry they have is fun and the ppl there are nice. They are not following me around the store and only help when I ask. And very friendly. Will double check on sumthing for you if u ask or contact the ither place to find what ur looking for. I always go back.

I just expect integrity and great service Wherever I Go as a consumer. And, while I didn't make a purchase on this day, the service rendered met my expectations.

Only issue is slow service. Need more employees to assist with questions.

They are always friendly and definitely very helpful. Only thing I don’t like is the no return policy even if you haven’t open it. Other than that they’re good with me! 👍🏽

They accused me and my friend of stealing after purchasing almost $100 of merchandise from them. The officers that showed up did not understand why they were acting like we stole something. They watched the video feed of us being in the store and the lady said that I put something in my pocket and the officer said to her that I was clearly tugging up my pants. And on top of that I was standing at the counter when she said I put something in my pocket. They were holding on to the bag that I had just purchased and did not want to give it to me but the officer told them that everything in the bag was on the receipt. I will not spend my money with them again.
