Was not impressed by the staff. I couldn't even get a question answered. Stood at the counter trying to ask for help. Clerk wouldn't even look at me. Was looking at some papers. Walked out without purchasing because of that.

DON'T GO HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! The manager is rude, insulting and sends her puppet to spy on customers. Just keep reading the comments...this place is getting more and more negative feedback. They probably changed managers.. bad move.

Sincerely the rudest Sally's I have ever been to. I came in one day while the owner was at the cash register and her workers were out at lunch. I asked for help, she said her workers would be back soon but she couldn't leave the register. I said okay, not a problem. However, she didn't offer to help me if I came up to the register for questions. I watched a few older ladies do that, but as soon as I approached her she acted busy and as if she couldn't be bothered. I got the hint. So I waited because my hubby had the car that day and I could not return later for hair dye. The owner made a comment about me to another customer while I was only a few feet away looking at products. I felt pretty degraded by that, and I nearly burst into tears at that point. After waiting 10-15 minutes or so and almost leaving, one worker finally came in. She was a very large woman who still works at the store to this day. She immediately came to help me, thank god, and I asked her what colors would help me achieve the red I was trying to go for. Her answer? "I don't know. Maybe this one." She pointed to a color. No confidence whatsoever in her answer, and seemed bothered that I was asking. Uh.. Okay.. what developer? "Maybe... 30?" I found her advice to be very unassuring so I thanked her and went back to internally panicking about what color to buy. The second worker returned who ALSO went to see if I needed anything. At this point I just wanted to leave, so I told her no thanks. I heard her go up to the register to tell the larger worker, "I asked her if she needed help and she said no." The larger worker did not tell her that she had already 'helped' me. That's awesome, really appreciate that. I did not intend to go to Sally's and be a fussy customer. I've lived on both coasts and been to a lot of Sally's. This sally's is the worst. This is the worst experience I've had at ANY store, and honestly if it wasn't for their location I don't think anyone would return here. So, tl;dr - Both workers were incompetent and the owner was rude. I live really close to this sally's but honestly I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes than deal with these wretched people. If you need help, go elsewhere.
