I agree with you hundred percent ! I have stopped there to pick up an eyelash curler one that runs on a battery and she couldn't of been more rude. Try the store at Eaglerun they're great! This woman should not be in a customer service position.

I was just in there today and I got everything I was told I needed and a BIG WRONG 1. I got hair dye that was buy 2 get 1 free was charged for that 3rd bottle and then with the hair dye I asked if I needed anything else with it she said no turns out I need volume developer so now I have to wait until tomorrow with my hair being half way done for it to be finished I’m heated worst customer service ever!

Every single time I go to this Sally’s there is some sort of issue. I went to the Sally’s on 168 and Maple to exchange a hair color. Told them I didn’t have my receipt on me. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. My luck they were out of the color I needed so they called this location and had it on hold for me. When I went there to exchange it they wouldn’t do it. Even when I explained the other store was going to. It’s an even exchange. Same brand. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. And a male manager here wouldn’t let me small child use their restroom once and was pompous about it. Avoid this location at all costs. Never again.

An elderly lady helped me. She was as unhelpful as a sea urchin and just as prickly. I would not recommend this store based on quality (or lack their of) of customer service.

The lady's there are womderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and always has what I need.
