I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Mike Edwards! Hands down my best experience with buying a car! He was so genuine and personable from the time I called expressing the exact mini cooper I wanted -- to it arriving at the port of Baltimore. You can tell he truly cares about you as a client and takes the time to foster a great relationship with you that continues even after your purchase. Mike & The MINI Towson team were super helpful and made the the entire process smooth sailing. The finance manager Jackie was just as awesome. Highly recommend working with him and am grateful to have had such a pleasant experience! I love my new baby <3
I have never been so excited to purchase a new car! With the help of sales associate Matt I was able to secure an incoming Mini Cooper SE in a week- which as you know is fantastically lucky. I appreciate the level of communication and experience Matt has shown during the acquisition process. I look forward to working with this dealership in the future.
Fantastic service all around and quick communication. This is my FIRST car buying experience and they made it relaxing, enjoyable, organized, and transparent. I had a deposit on a Toyota for 6 months, but my prior dealership was garbage in comparison. I decided to look at MINI inventory online and contact them through the MINI official website. My MINI advisor happened to be Matthew. He was very clear and easy to talk to and easily explained everything I was questioning about. The next day, Matthew clarified what I needed to know and I felt a lot of trust. So I jumped on a train and traveled about 3 hours to get to this MINI dealership. As I got there, I were nicely welcomed by staff and got some sprakling soda. After a bit of explaining, I downed the car and got the paper work ready. There isn't really a mark up compared to various other car dealerships, the price is fairly close to the estimate you get on the website more or less. As a first time buyer, their finance process was very easy. Though my credit is fine and I had no worries. Their finance guy Alex did a great job explaining everything and was very clear with the details, the contract was straight-forward and there is no traps in it. The add-ons you can get is completely up to you, no pressure to add to them, but well explained by Alex. Though be sure to really sit there any think about those protections and warrenties, becuase add-ons can add up. Think about your environment, how you will use it, things it excludes especially that and if your car can even make it to a dealership if something did happen. Things like that. After the finance stuff, Matthew did a great job finishing up and getting me on my way. Nice finishing touches. Service is what made us buy it quickly, but not the inventory shortage issue. Matthew and Alex were great, type of people you'ed like to be friends with. I ended up with a 2023 MINI Countryman Cooper S, drives great, feels smooth, kind of wish I had a few more options in it, but it was Signature model. The only issue I had was when I got the car home and noticed that there was a light scratch and swirl on the hood. Please be sure to inspect the car as close as you can. It was raining for me, so I would have never noticed that swirl, its extremely distracting for a new car. I wonder if they can do something about it? Usually I don't expect much after leaving the lot. Overall, nice place to get your MINI! Matthew promised me some shirts and socks, am holding him to that promise and I will definitely come back here in the future when I trade in for a fully loaded version, stinks I didn't get the one with the logo projector!
This place is simply amazing! I purchased my first MINI and Mike Edwards is AWESOME. Everyone is just amazing, engaging, professional and fun. Thank you again for making it one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing such a fun car!
I brought in my 2015 coupe to MINI of Towson for its first Boot to Bonnet service at Towson as we are new to the area. Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and respectful. The gentleman who waited on me explained exactly what services were due, which were absolutely essential and which could wait a bit. I was contacted both by email and text which is very helpful as I work in a school environment and am not available by phone during the work day. Service was top-notch, I am very satisfied to be doing business with this dealer.
Absolutely loved my experience at Mini of Towson. It was a quick and painless process. The sales person, Mike Edwards helped me picked the right car for me and explained all its features and options. All the numbers, terms and conditions were gone over and explained. Amazing service….they def listen and provide excellent customer service. I am very happy with my new mini and with the overall experience at this dealership. 10/10 recommend
Allen was such a pleasant welcome while assisting me with my daughter’s mini. He was able to have her car thoroughly checked for any concerns. He walked me through step by step on the issues that were found and let me know what was of immediate concern. When quoted my estimate it was a bit of a sticker shock, but he proceeded to ask if we had a service warranty on my daughter’s recently purchased used car. We did! He called to put in claims for what the warranty covered which left me with a more reasonable out of pocket cost. He was such a gentleman and very patient, even when I got sick and could not pick the car up right away. I am thankful for his calm demeanor and his knowledge. I would also like to thank, Mrs. Ellen at the front desk. She was such a sweet woman and took care of me when I was finally able to pick up the car. She did not let me wait around or give me a cold shoulder. She was very attentive and such a pleasure. Thank you both for making my first experience with Mini of Towson a great experience. No one wants to be involved in a car accident and have one’s car totaled. But, I am so happy and thankful for mine! Literally in less than 5 days and on a Thursday, I searched online my insurance company recommended car sites and saw my future “baby,” the Mini Hardtop at Towson Mini! Stopped in after work that night and met Mike to set up a test drive appointment for Monday. Couldn’t wait and test drove the Mini Hardtop the next day, Friday, and kept my original appointment on Monday and bought my first brand new car, the Mini Hardtop at Towson Mini! I thank the entire Towson Mini team, especially Mike. What a great test drive, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, what a great car buying experience!!
I had a wonderful experience buying a new two-door hardtop MINI at MINI of Towson. Scott Mason answered my questions with patience and precision. He asked questions that helped me gain clarity on my needs/wants/requirements. Before purchasing a new MINI I considered buying a used MINI and Scott found one that met my needs/requirements. Scott was the right balance between patient and persistent when it took me days or longer to get back to him. I understood what I was buying, the process for buying it, and how to pay cash. Alex, the finance manager, was backed up the day I came in with my check. Scott told me that he would get the signatures and review the paperwork. If he hadn't mentioned that it was the first time he was subbing for Alex, I would have assumed he was an old pro at the paperwork. I had a wonderful experience. Scott made buying my MINI a happy occasion.
This was a great visit. Allen, the service rep was excellent. We have a small problem with our adaptive cruise control, and he worked hard to identify it and explain it to us. We're very satisfied. There was virtually no waiting and they even supplied me a ride to work. This is the way a car service appointment should feel. Well done!
