I highly recommend this dealership. I live in Michigan and I was easily able to buy one of the new X5’s from their lot without any hassles or haggles. The sales manager Ricky and salesman Tyler were extremely good to work with. I felt my far fetched dream could be turned into reality after I contacted this dealership after I finally found the car of my dreams. Their charges and fees were very nominal unlike other dealerships and the quality of customer service was out of the ordinary. The entire car buying process was fully handled online which made the car buying process so much easier, the process was so easy and transparent. In the end it was totally worth the 9 hour journey each way. I would definitely continue to go to them for all of my future car needs.

I have never given anything, anyone, anywhere a 5star review because a 5star is perfection and perfection is impossible. However, BMW of Towson is what the 5star perfection of anything, anyone, anywhere. I am not from the area but I drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle from them, didn’t get when I went there for, but I got something even better. My new BMW was a better options but that’s not what I got better. I got what should be the standard, the setting stone, of car sales; Respect, customer service and appreciation, no pressure, no hassle, and overall a beautiful, pleasant atmosphere, that you can spend a day lost not realizing you’re in a car dealership and it time for you to go home, because you’re gotten too comfortable being there. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, I just couldn’t see myself ever going anywhere but this place for future services. THIS IS THE SPOT, if you don’t believe me, call me out and pay them a visit, it will be an experience of a lifetime *****

My Husband & I...Had a great experience at BMW of Townson with our sales person Alfredo O. He was professional...easy going and a great sales person to work with. He made the experience of buying a car easy and comfortable. The Staff there are very friendly....it was definitely a great experience We recommend you go see Alfredo to buy a vehicle.....he will take good care of you.

The whole experience was super easy and pleasant. We came looking for a car and Jonathan and Jackie worked really hard to put us in our dream car the same day. We went through many financing options including leasing and purchasing to find what fit best with our plans and budget. They were extremely patient especially with our little ones running around. Recently purchased a BMW X7 2023 from the BMW Towson location and I must say it was a very good experience. Blake was my sales representative and he offered ELITE customer service which was one of the key factors in me making the purchase as this location. I had visited other BMW dealerships in the surrounding area that day but the level of detail and rapport that Blake offered truly elevated the experience. I recently purchased a new car from BMW of Towson. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this dealership. Ricky Thompson was very nice and personable to work with. My primary salesman Jesse Isaacson was top-notch! I think he is probably the best I have ever dealt with in regard to car sales. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product, patient, friendly, and most importantly, cared about me the customer and my satisfaction with my vehicle. I felt he was my advocate during the process and am very pleased with my experience and the purchase. I would recommend Jesse unconditionally and without reservation and would be excited to do business with him again in the future.

I had a great experience here at BMW of Towson! I was a first time car buyer, and let me tell you JESSE was phenomenal!!! He answered all my questions, and answered all my calls. He was on top of everything. I’m from Atlanta, and he made sure the car didn’t sell to anyone else. He suggested some great places to eat when I arrived. He also suggested a great place to go to when I arrived before the dealership opened. If you want a great experience I definitely suggest asking for Jesse!! Tanya was the finance manager, and she was super educated! Even though it was a cash deal she did what she was supposed to without being mad that she was doing work, and not getting paid! She was super nice. Terry the sales manager was pretty strict, but I don’t blame him he was just doing his job; funny guy though we got along towards the end. If you are looking for a great experience take my word for it ask for JESSE! He was super professional, and gained a friend in a different state. He is super easy to talk to! Trust me, and do yourself a favor and ask for Jesse!

Greg was my service representative and I could not be more pleased with the service he provided me. He clearly presented me with my options with payment and extending my warranty. Of course, like one would expect with a company like BMW, I received excellent service across the board between Greg and the team that serviced my vehicle. I will definitely be back with all future maintenance and appreciate all the team at Towson BMW provided me.
