I have no complaints the staff were easy to deal with still had to pay $254 to get my truck out after it's been stolen. But they're just doing their job.

I agree with every negative review on here, honestly couldn't say it better myself. Extremely rude and disrespectful people who will tow you and fine you insane amounts of money for little to no reason. Truly one of the reasons I don't like living in Towson and won't be returning to live here after the semester is over.
