Never on time always have to wait. Second time in a month I have had to come for random drug test appt. Made for 3pm. 45 min to an hour wait. That's nice when you have to piss in a cup but have to hold it for an hour first. Worst place ever to do drug test. They overbook all the time. Would recommend finding somewhere else as I will notify my employer to go elsewhere

I was sent here by my employer for a follow up appointment for a work related injury. I went to the ER for an avulsion on my thumb, essentially a quarter sized piece of tissue was cut off my thumb. Honestly, the front desk employees and the nurses were nice and they are the only reason I can justify giving the mandatory 1 star. I saw Theodore Aquino, DO who isn't even worthy of the title, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine because this guy was a joke! The entire time he was facing away from me and never got closer than 5 feet of my injury. He came in the room, neglecting to wash his hands upon entering, and just said, "What hurts?" At this point I could tell he had not reviewed my chart or paperwork and was acting like he didn't have time for me. Even though I waited patiently to see him I spent less than 5 minutes with him. He asked me questions like, "Is it red or swollen?" while having his back turned to me. The wound was not covered by my bandage and my hand was lying on the exam table accessible for him to exam closer for any infection. Despite cutting my bandage off they never offered to replace the bandage. Thankfully, I had brought my first aid supplies with me and began to rewrap my thumb. A nurse came in and stood over me the entire time, refusing to back off or leave even after I refused her help, while I wrapped my thumb. I felt as if she was only standing there because she thought I was going to steal the scissors the first nurse had opened from the sealed autoclave package to cut the bandage off in the first place as she quickly snatched them up from the table upon me completing my bandage. I highly recommend that you do not come to this practice as I have personally heard from other employees at work that they had similar experiences as myself and the other twenty-something people that gave a 1 star review. I will make it my personal mission to ensure that our company no longer uses or recommends employees to this practice.

Be prepared to wait an hour past the scheduled time for your appointment.

Here for a drug test and physical for new job, here 15 min early and waited for 30 min after my scheduled time. Then the standard 15 min in the room. Ridiculous! If they can’t handle the workload they need to stop scheduling appointments so close together. Try to avoid this location.

Reviews were wrong. I had to go in for Pre-employment testing. I needed to do a blood test and get a TB shot. It was a walk-in appointment. I filled out my forms and I waited less than 10 minutes till my name was called. The nurse I got was very polite and professional, took no more than 5 minutes. Very happy with the service I recieved.
