I had a wonderful experience here today. I made the mistake of walking in for a D.O.T physical and even tho you need an appointment they seen me because mine expires in a few days. All the staff was kind and Dr.Kipp is a great Doc!! My new name is Mike Walk-In, lol😁

These people are rude. They lady couldn't find my vein stuck me twice and failed said i could wait for another lady and they keep skipping ovet me now. I have thingd to do and a simple blood test is taking over 45 mins now.

This is my first time in over 15 years working that i had to deal with being stereotyped and racially profiled by a employee in the drug screen area. I was stereotyped, spoken to very rudely, rushed when i was trying to urinate, knocking on door, you "gotta come out", and soon as i open the door, this lady immediately said "this isn't the right temp, instantly, at the moment i was trying to wash my hands, she says, "the sink doesn't work" when we sat back down she said it was to hot, a few years ago, my urine was a lil colder than usual at a office in midway, it was extremely cold outside like i explained to the employee, and she said i understand, at this office i was stereotyped and racially profiled in the lab area by this employee, and i'm quite sure my urine was the right temp and it always is, there is no reason for me ever to doubt it, and i refused to urinate with another man present, i've never dealt with a employee so rude, i first started working and taking drug screens in 2007, urinating and having another man pull my pants down and watch me is against my culture. Have a agency working on me taking it else where, i am highly disappointed, i was treated unfair and racially profiled and rushed to urinate and treated like a criminal, i would not recommend this place to no one. I've never been treated like this at any other office for pre- employment drug screen. It is extremely obvious the way i was treated it is her implication to have you urinate twice and do it the way she wants you too. I already urinated and it was hard enough to urinate the first time, and i explained to this employee i will not urinate while another man watches me, I couldn't believe my experience today. I will call in and complain personally tomorrow, i had to work today, and this completely ruined my day. If you go here and you are black and not the statistic or look good like me, lol... or a person in general, but especially black, you will be accused without any facts to back up the accusation, stereotyped, racially profiled and spoken to rudely and asked to urinate twice, just so they can compare your urine and just to make sure. This office is the definition of when a company or a powerful person abuses there power and treat others how they wouldn't want to be treated. Ladies at the front desk, were pleasant, can't believe how ignorant and rude i was treated by a young lady in the lab area on international womens day. I refused to urinate twice, and i refuse to wait around for hours trying to urinate again, smh.. Are you kiddin me? I was framed at this location and treated like a criminal for no apparent reason, other than my reason i believe she treated me like this, never been stereotyped or racially profiled at any other office, once again, but i have dealt with being stereotyped and racially profiled by police, citizens, and also employers. Have you? I have no criminal background, i am 27 years old and work full time jobs, and have two children and a wife and a life. Dear Owner: Do you seriously not notice or realize all the negative reviews you have? how much does one good rating account for, that contains not one word?? Dear owner: I can only speak for myself, i explained my situation, and i only state facts. Whats your excuse when a young black man like me takes his drug test and doesn't fail instead, your employee/nurse tries to force the individual to urinate a second time, and if you refuse, then the results get sent in as disqualified. This is what your nurses do, they stereotype young black man, your license should be terminated for you to respond to someone you probably paid or know to write a good review and for you to respond with such ignorance is beyond me. How are you going to address the concerns i stated in my complaint, when your saying this: We usually get feedback from people who fail their drug test or pre-placement exams, so we appreciate your perspective! Have a great week! Not essentially. Your doing the same thing as your nurse and continuing to stereotype people based on race and dreadlocks.

This place is a joke very unprofessional very rude the staff talk to you like you are a kid the doctor is equivalent to a vetrinarian he dont know anything he ask you things that doesnt have anything to do with the job physical and when you dont tell him these things he gives you failing physical lying and fabricating the exam reports !!!
