Mint Nails

This was my first time visiting this salon, my requests were simple. The young man who greeted me, got me checked in was very polite & offered me a water. He was great! Whoever it was that performed my services, wasn’t the greatest. I tried engaging in conversation & she wasn’t very interactive. I had to express 3 almost 4 times that I wanted round shaped nails. This salon is overpriced for the quality of service that was provided. I didn’t even get to say thank you to the lady who did my nails, because she had already jumped to help the next client while I was washing my hands. Very clean and tidy, very nice people. They took me as a walk in even when they were closing soon. The only thing id say I didn't really like was that he kept trying to talk me out of the shape of nail I wanted, and the thickness. I prefer my nails to be not so thick, more natural looking, but he kept them really thick. Overall, I would still recommend, maybe just not that special tech..can't remember his name, but hes the first table on the left.

Yes i always have a wonderful and comfortable time at mint nails getting pampered by Andy My Nail Tech he's extremely really great at doing my nails and he's so nice and kind i will continue going to him i would highly recommend going to him his wife is good to you should see her

I am currently here from Cleveland visiting my mother who lives here and has been here a couple times. We arrived about 1:00 PM and were told that there would be an 1.5 hour wait. I left my phone number and asked the attendant to call me when it was our turn. He called me at 2:00 and asked us to come back at 3:30 an additional 1.5 hours. We did some shopping and returned only to watch another customer be taken in front of us. My mother, who was getting a redip, was placed at a station and told to soak her nails while I just waited. We are still here so I cannot review the service because I still haven’t received any. I am not happy. Just came in for a fill and a pedicure. Hoping to be serviced soon. This is ridiculous!!

Had issues before with a salon where I got foot fungus and had to pay a lot for a podiatrist. This is the cleanest salon for a pedicure since they use liners and my nails look beautiful!

I’m so happy with my pedicure . It was my first time at Mint Nails. The nail tech was so friendly. I was a few minutes late for my appointment, she was very accommodating and understanding. She pays attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for. The shop is so pretty. I felt so comfortable and at home. I really appreciate her genuine personality and customer service. I definitely be returning. Big THANK YOUUUU !!

Best nails salon I have found in Columbus. Vey clean, great service and great value. Huge selection of gel and dip polish. Their pedicures are amazing. I recommend the deluxe They also have a special pedi for little girls….. so cute 5 stars

They did beautiful on my nails and toes too. even with it being super busy they got the job done quick and just amazing work. definitely coming back.

I love this place!!! It was very clean everyone was very professional , very sweet and inviting! I got in very quickly was taken care of in the best way possible the owner definitely knows how too run a great business I will be coming back most definitely in the future I love love loved it here
