Mint Urban Infinity Apartments

Lived at this property since 2017 in two different units and it’s gone downhill since then. Yes, they’re under new management, but nothing major has changed. Massive leaks inside bathrooms, constant plumping and sewage backup into showers and the elevators still don’t work. The elevators have been down 3 years going on 4 years in my building. We had to call it quits this year and finally decided to move out. Sure the new management is responsive, but nothing has severely changed. Just take a look at the photos - they don’t lie. Our building hasn’t had working lights for 3 months. On top of it the washer and dryers never work properly or are out of service. It’s not a safe building to live in, it’s completely trashed and it’s honestly disgusting. Save your hard earned $$ and take it elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! As everyone has previously stated, there are countless issues with this property. Those issues were brought up to Brett, the portfolio manager, and he stated he was aware of them but they are not going to fix them because they won’t see a return on investment. He is far more concerned about his next tee time at the country club than he is about tenants living in squalor that he has caused by his neglect and laziness. He lied about supply chain issues being the reason the locks haven’t been fixed, not knowing I work for a company that installs those locks. They will take your money at every turn, even APPLYING here is risky. Do not rent here and make sure the property you do rent from is not managed by The Cardinal Group or Brett Hughett.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Horrible apartments. I am so thankful I am getting out of here. Roaches everywhere, vandalism, doors are unlocked so homeless people tend to get in and vandalize the property. The mailboxes are always open from people trying to steal. Packages are always stolen. Pool was never fixed as well as the elevators. It smells like dead mice in the hall ways and washer and dryer room always so dirty.

I visited this property to check out their availability and possible move in dates. Despite last years reviews that I read, it looks completely different from what I read. The property was well maintained, clean and the empty apartment that I saw was in great condition. The leasing staff addressed my concerns regarding the reviews and they told me they are new management and that they were diligently working on reviving the property. The leasing staff all introduced themselves and Ryan, head of maintenance, was there telling me that the apt was looking into was just freshly painted and worked on. I'm excited to make this move to the property so I can be closer to the sporting venues and shopping areas.

I have visited Mint Urban Apartments and spoke with an amazing staff. The staff Jackson, Scott, Brooke, Serena, Kyra and Stephanie the Community Manager was amazing! They were professional in giving me all the information I needed about the apartments and amenities. I was fortunate to be able to speak with Stephanie the manager a bit longer who explained that they were under new ownership and everyone here in the office was the new leasing team. She explained the construction going on was part of all the new improvements they were doing to make Mint Urban Infinity a desired community to live at. The team was knowledgeable and professional and seemed really positive about the new improvements they had in the works. The apartments are within walking distance from a ton of shopping too. I really appreciated that they were a pet friendly community as well.

I read some reviews but I had to check it out for myself. Surprised to see the apt Brooke walked me to was in great shape. She introduced me to Ryan that was working on the same floor as the apt we were seeing and he mentioned that new flooring was just put down the week prior and that it had a fresh coat of paint. Brooke told me that they were the new management team that took over and they were revamping the property. Parking and safety is important to me and it seemed to be everything I needed for an apt. I’m excited to sign next month to move in.

I've just recently moved into the community and I can see Mint Urban is picking up where the last property management failed. They are putting in the work to improve the property for a more comfortable living experience. I look forward to seeing the changes. Brook at the Front Desk helped ensure I checked all the right boxes in the move in process and has been readily available as my questions arise. The unit itself is spacious, updated, and feels like home!

I needed a place close to my job that was affordable, clean and safe my family. It was an easy process to move in and maintenance did a great job in taking care of what I needed. Ryan cleared up the clogged toilet that my kids stuffed too much toilet paper in and noticed a lightbulb was out while he was there. He left and came back to fix it instead of waiting for me to put a request in. I appreciate the attentiveness the team has always shown my family and I. I’m happy we lived here while we were in the process of buying our forever home.

I have been working with Mint Urban Infinity for quite some time as a service provider and I honestly feel that this is the property's best year. I had never seen the property in better shape and it brings excitement to see all the changes that have been ongoing throughout the property. Property Manager Stephanie is always trying to find solutions for the residents and is in constant communication with our team to ensure that the residents receive the service and quality that Cortland promises to their residents. Ryan Maintenance Supervisor is super professional and experienced on the field.

I would definitely recommend living here! This community basically has everything, Amazing and friendly staff that keeps you updated on news and are willing to help answer any questions. The issues that has been in the past is currently completely fixed or is being worked on and will be done by the end of 2022 which makes living here more comfortable every day. The 24 hours onsite gym is perfect!! it has everything I need, Overall this community has everything from nearby grocery stores to entertainment it checks all the boxes. I'm happy to be here!!
