Lived there for a year met some awesome friends! We never had any problems with management. If we had a problem they fixed it right away. Isela was always friendly and kind to us, as well as professional. We also received our full security back. I think if you give respect you get it in return.

Do not trust Isela. 215 has BUGS as does another apt on the west side of the building, according to the pest control guy. So they spray my apartment even though I haven't seen them yet, and I didn't learn this until I moved in. Ask LOTS of questions. I wish I had asked more. This place is a dump. The biggest problem is my heat has been stuck at 80 degrees for five nights now. I had to call multiple times to get a response. I have spent two full days waiting around for a guy reeking of cigarettes to do nothing or just no-call no-show, and Isela had the nerve to tell me to "be patient" while I around for nothing, again. Do not trust Isela.

I lived at this apartment for two years and I loved it. It’s a quiet and small apartment complex that is close to everything and well maintained. It was my first apartment when moving to the area and I would really recommend to anyone. Finally, the true heart of the apartment is the maintenance man, Eduardo. He gets things done as soon as he can and is always available. Not only that but he always has a big smile and a nice thing to say. The apartment doesn’t come with a ton of amenities but it’s a great place to live.

Plumbing issues are a non stop! Leaking pipes, toilet leaking onto floor, bathtubs filling up. Parking lot is always full, theft is at a high! Package thefts are a big problem too. Don’t move here. You’ll waste your time, money and just get way too freaking stressed. You basically come home to a different problem every day. Landlord will always tell you that “it’s okay” and “not to worry.” Eventually trying to make you feel like you’re just overreacting and not that they have a severe issue with their property. - Nathan

I lived here for three years, I moved in right after they renovated in 2012. Bedbugs in my first three months. It was under different management and the heat treated and fixed everything. Then the new management came in. It was safe and quiet. But the leasing manager was never there so I was not able to pick up my packages. I moved across the country and attempted to schedule MULTIPLE end of lease inspection. Never got back to me. Since my lease was up and I was moving I paid to get the place cleaned once I took all of my furniture out and took multiple videos and photos and sent them in. Never received my deposit back single introverted quiet mid twenties girl. And then they charged me an extra 1000 for cleaning and damages but never provided proof and never called me back. I sent them multiple emails and left multiple voice mails... nothing. Absolute nightmare

Looper, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We deeply apologize for the negative experience as that is definitely not the type of service we hope for any resident. Furthermore, if I recall correctly you had me check video footage and we found that you had left your vehicle door open and was not broken into, the plumbing issue although it was an inconvenience it was an isolated incident in which we responded immediately. Landlord doesn’t care about anything besides collecting rent. Parking lot is unsafe, had my car broken into. Lots of plumbing issues that they don’t tell you about until you’ve signed a lease. As well as very noisy and rude neighbors. So, if you want your bathroom flooded, car stolen, neighbors yelling and fighting around you, and a landlord that ignores you, then this is the place for you.

Isela is very attentive and a wonderful leasing manager! Maintenance is prompt and keeps the grounds clean, especially the pool in the summer! Nice neighbors and dog friendly

This is the worst apartment complex in Glendale and there are a few.. I moved here a year ago at first it was nice, felt safe in the gated community. This past year they have moved in quite a shady bunch of people.. I have two mexican guys move next door then it's like they multiplied there were women and kids with them now I've seen 4-5 guys living there and these are one to two bedroom apartments so when i see in there apartment it's like a hostel people sleeping in sleeping bags and they also constatly block the staircase making it unsafe incase of fires or emergencies. Office doesn't care a bunch of ripoffs themselves constantly changing late fee prices or yoy can never reach them. No longer a safe environment DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!

Living here in 2006 has literally destroyed my life. This place is a feeding ground for criminals and psychopaths. They hire criminals to manage the complex; the management Heather and Michael Rich and maintenance will attack you with witchcraft, steal your identity, stalk and harass you, try to injure you. If you dont want to have your identity stolen , your life and health destroyed I'd stay away from this hell mouth. I should have sued this place when I still had the chance.
