Avoid if you can, they are very unprofessional! We went there with my mother a couple of weeks ago, and they literally forgot to send her blood to the lab! It went bad and we had to come back for another test, which turned out to be an even worse experience. The PA who assisted us seemed to not know how to even draw blood. For example, he didn’t disinfect my mother’s hand before attempting to draw blood. He never succeeded anyways, and we are still waiting for MinuteClinic to refund us. I have never experienced such unprofessional service in health care before. I would avoid MinuteClinic in the future.
If I could give less than one star, or even negative stars, I would. I was visiting D.C. on business and got very ill. I made an appointment online and inadvertently confirmed for the next day by accident. I got to the clinic and was “greeted” with a very surly attitude by a young woman. I asked where to check in and she treated me like I should already know everything about the facility. After realizing the kiosk wasn’t operational she steered me to a treatment room. Once she discovered my appointment was the next day she practically threw my ids back to me and told me to come back. I explained that I couldn’t wait is always very ill, and she said they could not fit me in, which I understand. I then explain that I was out of town and need a treatment right away and did she know of another urgent care. She said, “I don’t know-look online.” So caring. Then I went to purchase a bottle of water from another crabby checkout person who said nothing to me and pointed to self checkout. Here’s an idea…try a little kindness toward sick people.
I got a cut on my foot while i was on travel for work and believed it to be infected so i looked up the closest Minute clinic near me and with the website i was able to see there was no current wait time, so i went ahead and walked in. The NP, Mary Swoyer, was quick, smart, and very knowledgeable. She may my whole experience comfortable and confident I was receiving the right diagnosis/treatment. She even scheduled a time to call and check in on me in the next couple days. Overall I am extremely pleased with this minute clinic and fortunate to have it so close to my home.
This a great location I was greeted by the security when I first arrived. I signed in and was seen immediately. My NP was professional greeted me very pleasant and knowledgeable. l told her my problem she diagnosed me with no problem she was caring and nice. I recommend
Called, Checked online, Said walk ins welcome, no wait time online. Spent money on an uber only to see a “full schedule” posted. Unable to get the medical help needed. Updated: to 5 stars, only because of Nurse/Doctor. She was technically closed but heard my story and took us in with top notch service. She saved the day and solved about a weeks worth of problems for me.
worst experience ever at a “doctor’s” office. i have been to an amazing minute clinic before but the PA i had today dismissed my claims, did not ask any clarifying questions before telling me i actually have nothing wrong with me. disgraceful
Very poor service- They charged me co-pay twice once for administering the PPD test and once to read the results. I had specially requested to fill the paper work that was required for school and they gave me their own form. They indicated that i turned positive after aggravating the site of administration and did not give me an order for a chest X-ray. I wasted by time and money with this service. I would never ever use minute clinic again. Horrible service and staff!
Ridiculous wait time for a "quick service" clinic; constantly cut into other people's time. The online appointment hold is a joke. If sitting in traffic to go somewhere else wasn't an option, I would have gone somewhere else.
Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and waited 45 minutes only to have the person behind me in line get called in before me. Had to wait 30 more minutes after that to be seen. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you have a schedule you have to stick to.
The pseudo-doctor in this location have the wrong medicine to my wife and only prescribed over the counter medicine. The doctor was extremely ignorant and rude. MinuteClinic is a joke
