I scheduled yesterday because it was urgent and they emailed me 8am the day of my appointment to say they canceled it due to shortage of staff. They should take down their advertisement from the minute clinic.
Their online scheduling service is completely broken. Had to use the kiosk in person. The place was closed on a working Monday at 3pm even though the schedule on the door said open until 6pm. Online I made sure the appointment slot was available, then when I was about to finish the reservation, the site kept saying there were no slots in my area. BS. Went there in person, used the kiosk, there were many slots available. However, when I tried to cancel, the kiosk couldn't find me. I was in the system, because I got a call to confirm the appointment. So I can't rate the actual service, but the scheduling is terrible.
Dr. Roth was very professional, her friendly manner made my son and I feel at ease right away. She is thorough and caring. The clinic is very clean. We would definitely come back if needed!
This clinic was awesome. I went on a Sunday morning, no line up. Dr Jamie was so great and helpful. She took the time and wasn't rushed at all. Called me with some test results, better than my Dr at home.
Stay away. Very bad experience trying to use the advertised walk-in. Physician refused to see me, though I was there before the deadline for walk-in visits and the system clearly showed "next slot open". Physician claimed not to know why his system behaves the way it behaves.
Not an urgent care. After the appointment, they recommended going to another urgent care to see if they could help us and they still charged us for no additional information, medication, or recommendations. Complete waste of money if you have anything besides a common cold.
They take appointments every 10 minutes, but there's only one person helping people, and he spends 30 minutes on each appointment. Ended up waiting for over 45 minutes when I had an appointment.
While vacationing here I came up with a medical issue. Went to this minute clinic J. Hahn seen me. So very nice. Took a real interest and concern with my health issue. She even delayed eating her lunch to see me. Pharmacist was very nice also!
Tried to reschedule, but software shut me down. Frustrating
Called ahead to confirm they could see me and prescribe me, I showed up 15 minutes early, doctor refused to see me at all and was a jerk about it to an extent I really haven't experienced from a medical professional before. Would avoid.
