I will absolutely be returning the food is Amazing A large stew chicken platter is more than enough for one person!
So sometimes I feel a little bad going in on Jamaican spots because I’m Jamaican but , if you read reviews like me, before you so somewhere , this will help. You ever been somewhere and just wished you saved your money and cooked at home? Well this is that place . So once I tasted my food , the rice has no flavor or seasoning , I got fried and jerk chicken and rice and piece and cabbage in one and plantain. In a next . The cabbage looked liked it needed to be cooked at least 5 more minutes . It was crunchy and mad tasteless. I got brown stew chicken gravy on the rice and it just had no taste and the meat tasted OLD. I will never be going back . Whoever the chef is , can’t cook .both my husband and I left half full food in the containers and threw it out .
Very disappointed in this place. They use to be my favor spot to get Jamaican food from, but they fell off a lot and prices went up crazy. I was there yesterday and I order two platter one platter was oxtails and rice and the other was pepper steak and rice. So something told me to look in the bag as I was heading home. So I stop the car and when I looked at the platter there was maybe two pieces of oxtail in the platter so I called the store back and told the guy and he tried telling there was more under the rice and laugh a couple times. Which I became even more annoyed. I was going to take it back to the store but guy who I talk to on the phone just made me even more mad because he was acting like I was lying or that there was more then that in the platter which there wasn’t. Went home was even more disappointed the pepper steak platter the steak was very dry.smh I just paid like $42.00 for two medium platter . I will not be returning there anymore.
Was the worst food I have had in a min. Asked for collard greens I do not know what I got but I been to Jamaica and that food was nothing like it. Bad representation my grandson is half jamaican and he did not even finish his oxtails. For 52.00 was a waste of my money place was dark n dingy no courtesy just will never got there againFood: 1/5
Quarantining, we ordered 2 Lg Chicken Soups, received a call moments later explaining that they only had Goat Soup. I asked to cancel the order the lady stated I’d have to contact Uber to cancel, I know from experience that Uber will still pay the restaurant and return your delivery fees if cancelled on your end. I didn’t want to go through the hassle so I said we will take a 1 Curry and 1 Brown Stew, to which she replied that will be a small, I agreed assuming that was somewhat reasonable. Imagine my surprise when we received the smallest of smalls pics below. I called back to ask if they thought this was a reasonable substitute for their mistake, she replied what mistake I called you back and told you, the mistake is you shouldn’t have soup listed that’s unavailable and she should also learn how to cancel orders via Uber. I couldn’t go back and forth so I told her they wouldn’t get any money bc I will dispute it through Uber and get a full refund. Poor customer service, the right thing to do is send an appropriate size meal or larger to compensate your mistake. We were tryna work with them by taking the platters, but what an insult, we didn’t just want soup we needed it as we are quarantining. I shouldn’t have ordered from them anyway as the last time prior to this we ordered salt fish and it was bland, stop boiling all the damn salt out of the fish.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Miracles. I orded curry/ jerk chicken with peas and rice the food wasn't good at all. Throwing it in the trash!
Salmon rasta pasta barely had any salmon and the pieces it did have in it were super burnt what did I pay almost $30 for ridiculous!
The customer service is excellent. The food is so good. I love love love the pepper shrimp that is my go to for this establishment.Food: 5/5
Got the lunch meal! Medium size Cabbage was okay. Everything was seasoned good! Oxtail taste good, could've been a little more tender. Loved the portion size of Oxtails! Rice could've cooked a little more! Everything was edible!
STEW CHICKEN All for $12!!!! I ate the food for dinner last night... for lunch today.. and I have 2 more servings today to finish.. TOO MUCH FOOD for that price. No need to eat fast when you get so much more at this restaurant. Patties are great too!!! Veggies taste better than chicken unless your getting it fresh
