Miss B's Vietnamese Food Truck

Visited one of my favorite breweries, Zuni, to have a sour beer along with Miss B’s Vietnamese. Glad I finally checked it off of places I need to try in Denver. My favorite dish of all the dishes we had was the garlic rice. Also the tofu was cooked really nicely.

So good! We ordered the pork fried rice and the veggie noodles with tofu. Everything was delicious, the veggies were crisp, the sauces were delicious. The portions were also reasonable - not HUGE, just right. Loved it!

vietnamese food, yeah, very delicious. Visited about four, it was not full. The service was sociable and attentive. The place has a great atmosphere. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I loved.

Fantastic Bahn Mi sandwich! I had the Hoison glazed pork, but Miss B also had available a lemongrass chicken, along with a ginger maple organic tofu. Everything was simple to order even if you're unfamiliar with Vietnamese cuisine. Hoping I can catch her earlier to try out her Vietnamese iced coffee

Their food was delicious my husband and son had Bahn Mi and I had the rice bowl. We also had the spring rolls and fries and it was amazing!! Would eat from this food truck again and again and again!!!

Miss B delivered several meals to my family and everything tasted amazing. Authentic and obviously made with love, Miss B's food is affordable and the taste is incredible. They deliver as well! Thank you so much, Miss B!

It was so big! That’s what I said! The pork sandwich was fresh and big! The sauces were fantastic and the spring roles... so crunchy and yummy! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite!!! Thanks!!

Thee most amazing Vietnamese I've ever had! So light, refreshing and fulfilling. Will be hunting this place down for a meal, everytime I'm out.
