I also went to monster jam a couple weeks back and it was great (for a small venue). Another reviewer said she missed the show because of the concessions line...easy fix...show up earlier. We arrived about 5 minutes before it started (our fault) and stood in a long line for food and drinks as well...but that was our fault (we missed maybe 10 minutes). It was slow, but what concessions isn't when people are ordering for at least 2 or more people, plus kids. So plan accordingly.
The venue is great considering the size of our city and compared to NO or other large city coliseum's. I have attended a college graduation here and now the truck show. I included pictures of monster jam, and pictures from our seats (Section 8, row 5, seat 16). I'm always frustrated buying tickets and not knowing exactly what the view is--so I hope this helps. :)
When choosing seats, depending on the show and outside of the nosebleed section, you're mostly guaranteed to see the show with a decent view. So have fun! :)

Went to see A7X and Breaking Benjamin recently with my son. First time going to a concert for both of us. Hated the layout and how they handled the entry service. But, I don't know the ins and outs of doing things like that. So I am not going to completely dog that.
The actual venue was awesome! Loved the open area, loved the setup. Their stage-hands (if it was theirs) were great. Concert was okay, overall.

Always great to have an event here. Its spacious and always clean as can be! Parking is fine but be ready to walk! The only problem is leaving! The way that the parking lot is structured, when more than 20 people leave at a time it gets clustered because there are only two exits. So a word of caution, leave early!!

Way to costly. Cost more at the concession stand that the theater. And the popcorn was cold and nasty. Servers had attitude when I said something about it to them. Makes you want to bring in your own snacks. What ever happened to good customer service? Not there.

Went to Monster Jam Sunday. Missed the entire first event waiting at the concession stand for food. Took forever to find a stand selling ear plugs for my son because they weren't in every area. $9 for bottomless popcorn that was cold and nasty anyway, forget a refill. They popped it in the back, put it in bags, and then brought it to the different concessions and put it in there. None of the popcorn machines had the kernel poppers. Boneless wings were cold. $4 for a 20 oz bottle of drink, they had no fountain drinks. Cheese sauce for nachos was cold and brought out in a pan with two canisters of flames under it trying to warm it. Concessions ran out of food, candy. Pizza was delivered so it was good and the French fries were hot. $20 for cotton candy with a mask. The event itself, what we caught of it was great. But this was the worst Monster Jam ever.
