Scott McGehee, Mississippi Van Lines, gave me helpful suggestions when he came to give me an estimate. I felt the estimate was reasonable given the distance and all the "stuff" I had to move. I liked that my things were the only things on the truck that left my house until it arrived at the North Carolina destination. The three man team headed up by Larry were there from beginning to end. They were careful to protect the laminate floors, as it rained on and off the day of the move. They asked questions and answered my questions to be sure we were on the "same page" during loading and unloading. They worked with me to be sure things were put in the correct place unloading. And as I was told, if they took it apart, they put it back together at the final destination. I would highly recommend them for long distance moves.
