Mister Car Wash

I've been coming here for years. I'm a member. It's very convenient to come get your car washed here and there are a few locations around town. Everybody usually very nice I really don't have any complaints. The only thing that could use improvement is: Even with an interior cleaning, quite a few times my door handles on the interior and some other visually obvious areas just don't get wiped down so, I have to keep touching up when I get back to the house. Not a huge deal but, Just pointing out some feedback.

They do a decent job. Always busy, but they get the cars out quickly. Several levels of service to choose from. None of them are inexpensive. The basic level gets you a wash, dry, vacuum and window cleaning. Don't think it includes floor mat cleaning... At least they didn't clean mine.

I was surprised by how quickly this went. It was done we'll. . I have a subscription and have been to several locations. The locations that offer interior cleaning are limited. This one is the fastest, without sacrificing services

For about $40 I expect a clean car, but got a dirty car back. 1 They don't condition the seats on the weekends?! Only Monday thru Thursday. WTH! Who has that kind of time to come back on a work day to get that needed service. 2 There's dust and debris everywhere in the car. 3 We recently transported some ceramic pots with foam between states and needed the floors cleaned... there's still a heck of a lot of dirt and foam. 4 My steering wheel is dirtier than when I dropped the car off. There's also dog hair on the dashboard. 5 They left a leaky squirt bottle on my back seat. 6 It doesn't look like my front car was cleaned at all. There's a ton of bugs and stray marks that should rub off...

Mister No 1 cash wash in Houston area . Very clean facility and staff is very friendly. I am their monthly club member . I go to their other location as well but this one is superb. Soap and chemical is coming with the spray nozzles not like other location where you can see only water with some soap … very diluted .

Waste time and many , they service don’t worth it even I paid tip first , please check another place maybe you can find better ***They customer service contact with me after posted review and told me branch manager contact with me , but nobody contacted with me I’m really disappointed about this situation. I’ll cancel my subscription. It’s totally waste***

Although it seems busy the wait time is lessened by the fact that they have many detail people drying and touching up the cars. The car wash itself does a decent job of cleaning the car. Maybe they could spend more time vacuuming the interior.Services: Polishing

The cleaners often miss certain spots, and you have to inspect the car closely. They also have problems cleaning the inside of the front windshield. For the increased price and tip, I expect a better job.

I didn’t have the best experience at this car wash. When my car was ready, I walked around and inspected the inside. They did a good job on the exterior, however the interior wasn’t cleaned. I ended up having them take it back to get vacuumed again, and I personally wiped everything down.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Absolutely love this car wash! The first time I came here, it was by accident- I drove by and was like wait my car need to look better. Long story short, they did a fabulous job but I didn’t remember the name or where it was. Recently, I drove by it randomly again, this time I took a picture so I would remember it. My most recent visit was a week ago! Very nice staff people taking you car, giving you the wash menu, people who are actually washing your car, the ones serving you coffee and popcorn inside, and the ones shinning your shoes while you wait for your car. The place is very clean and your car looks amazing afterwards!
