Take 5 Oil Change

I used to come here when they were great, but now they are different crew, really poor service, slow and not professionals at all. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Me and my daughter went to Take5 11/07this was my first time. And I was more relaxed there than any dealership service center. The crew took care of my car needs oil change and inspection in less than 30min. So I am very happy with the service and the men who serviced my car also the informative information I received. Honorable mention to the greeter my first contact on arrival he was very kind reassuring and also the gentleman that noticed my sticker which prompted the inspection. I will definitely go back. Thank you guys sooo much keep up the good work. I wish I could give you each 10 star's!!!!!

Oil change service was fast. The experience with the service rep was great. There was another worker named Moses that yelled at my fiancé and myself on arrival for pulling into the garage incorrectly and clearly made everyone in the garage uncomfortable. As I waited for my oil change, there was no apology. He then took the next car to us and even offered them cold water and never offered it to us. Looking at the other positive reviews for this location, I’ll have to this experience definitely felt discriminatory.

Brett was really nice and helpful. Took great care of my car and explained to me the best options for everything. I’m and out in under 10 minutes and they topped off my wiper fluid, tires, and checked my wipers.Services: Oil change

Great service. In and out in a few minutes. Management at the time did give me a hard time with a coupon that clearly expired the day I was trying to use it. I asked them to just scan it after feeling like I was talking to wall for a few minutes and it worked. He then walked away and didn't interact with me after that lol. The tech helping me was amazing and I will go again. Give the kid with a Jason tattoo a raise.

Waste of time and rude. Went in for state inspection and instead of letting me pull into the shop, the shop manager asks me to perform a brake test. Place the car in park, put the parking brake on. Put the car back in drive and press the accelerator. Proceeds to tell me the test is failed. I tell him it's the normal behavior but he insists it's an issue under some Texas law. Instead of doing the inspection, he tells me to get out of here. Very rude and a waste of time. The car is a 2020 in perfect working order and no issues with the parking brake. Will never do business with shady people like that.

Went in for an inspection. Everyone seemed basically courteous but they tried to make up some nonsense about extras I needed to pay for when there was clearly nothing wrong. Judging by the overall good reviews and other negative reviews that mention inspections, I assume corporate is putting pressure on them to use the inspections which are low value to upsell other things or to fail them immediately to get us to leave quickly.

I always do my oil change at take 5. I even did inspection there. I always get DoorDash discount but I fail to understand why every time they betray me and say we never give DoorDash discount. I pay for 6month oil but I finish it by 2 month because of driving the same mileage as Uber people. So if you offer DoorDash discount it better be consistent not changing words as if there are no records in the systemService: Oil change
