Overall I did not have a good experience with MCB Chiropractic. I woke up one morning in extreme back pain and needed to see someone. I had never been to a chiropractor before but figured it would be easiest to book a same day appointment with a chiropractor as opposed to another doctors office or specialist. The reason I'm giving MCB Chiropractic 2 stars instead of 1 is that they were able to fit me in that day hours after calling. Over the phone they said they accepted my insurance, and when I got to the office I asked the front desk receptionist to double check with my insurance to make sure everything was covered. Basically I was lied to and told that everything would be covered and a month later was sent a very expensive bill. While it was ultimately on me to know my insurance, I put my trust into the receptionist and was misled. After messaging the office after the fact, instead of rectifying the situation or accepting any sort of blame I was forced to pay the bill in full. In terms of the actual treatment, I entered the office in pain and left in pain so who knows how much it helped. I did receive peace of mind that my injury was not more serious than it felt so coupled with the ease of booking the appointment, these are the only saving graces. In summation I think this is a very shady practice so make sure you know the ins and ends of your insurance before booking an appointment, and don't take the word of any of the people working there.

Dr. Bazley is an excellent chiropractor. She is attentive and assertive about getting to the root of your issue, will suggest only the essential treatment plan (as opposed to telling you to come in more frequently than what is required), and has flexible hours and reasonable raxtes. All around, she is one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever had. 10/10

I went to Dr. Bazley because of lower back pain and she helped it immensely in three visits. I feel a huge improvement. She is really friendly and explains things well also. I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Bazley cares about what's hurting and works hard to make you feel better by the time you leave her office. She is great at helping find the source of your discomfort and talking about ways to improve posture and make lifestyle changes to accompany adjustments she makes. She's the first person I go to if I have a new source of discomfort: neck, wrists, SI joints... The office is a pleasant walk from foggy bottom metro station on the orange line, and most of the time street parking is available. She has been very kind about being flexible for me in the past and has a great bedside manner. 5 stars!

Great working with Dr. Bazley. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. I go in about every two months for an adjustment on my back and shoulders, and she gives me exercises to do regularly. I can tell my posture's improved.
