Yousefi Chiro Care (Zahra Yousefi DC, Anahita Yousefi DC, & Yasi Yousefi DC)

The best thing out this place is that this style of chiropractic care works fir me even though it's very different. The worst thing is that they're so busy this is the only place to go.

Not your typical chiropracters - they don't actually crack anything! Instead, they do small, gentle adjustments. I have scoliosis and have had several neck/back injuries. The approach seemed a bit bizzare at first, but it really worked for me. Yasi is great, loves what she does, and very patient with questions. I had done traditional chiropractic on and off for years previously, but I defintely prefer this method to readjustment.

I've come to the conclusion that there are two types of back pain. One that responds well to cracking vs. one that does not. If you've think you've tried every type of "traditional" chiropractor without success (ones that crack your back) you should try this place out. It's the only one that works for me. Last year I threw out my back and for several months, my activity level dropped to zero, until I found Dr. Yousefi and got some relief. This year I injured it again and after 3 treatments, I had no pain and I was back to my normal self. A side note: This place is not the trendiest dr.'s office in DC. It does not have the latest electronic gadgets and the waiting room is in the basement and parking is expensive, but all of that is easy to overlook when you get the result of living without back pain.

Only technique that worked for me. Traditional chiropractic techniques RUIN me. Live in Den now & desperately need quality DNFT Dr. Miss you Dr yosefei!
