Angela I. Salcedo, DC Chirocentric Inc

I was referred to Dr. Salcedo to start a treatment for low back pain. I saw her twice and can’t say much about her chiropractic skills. I would love to give her a good review on this regard, but her poor office management skills prevented me from continue the treatment. I explain: at the time of my visits I paid her in full and asked to bill my insurance company, so I could be reimbursed for part of the visit (that was how my chiropractic coverage worked at the time). I provided her with everything she needed to complete the bill. However, she never billed my insurance company and I never received any reimbursement. I called the office several times and spoke directly with her, she always had all kind of excuses for the delay. It has been almost one year, after so many failed attempts, this is the only way I can express my frustration with her poor costumer service.
