SAVE YOUR HEALTH AND TIME. Not a place I recommend for folks with lumbar herniated discs. I came in with very light sciatica pain and mentioned I had a lumber herniated disc a few years ago and may have messed it up after moving a sofa. After each individual session and doing his recommended exercises I was in EXTREME TERRIBLE pain much worse than the original injury itself. Dr. Derek Moore kept saying it was only muscular and nothing structural or related to my previous injury, but he was WAY WRONG. I believed him for 3 more sessions and 2 months of TERRIBLE pain. I could only get 2 hours of sleep a night and had to telework from home some days because it was so bad and hurt to roll over and get up out of bed. A week later of doing his exercises and once the pain subsided, I would come in and tell him about my experience and Derek brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. He proceeded to then make adjustments (that didn't make me feel better) and recommended 'lighter' exercises that continued to exacerbate the problem even when I was doing proper technique and form (I had several people watch me as I did his exercises). After two months of the roller coaster of pain and confusion, I finally went to see my back doctor. He told me that I RE-INJURED MY HERNIATED DISC when moving the sofa and Dr. Derek Moore's dead lifts and hip exercises was the WORST possible thing a practitioner could recommend for someone with an injured disc. I don't plan to come back to WISP after his negligent care.

Dr. Derek Moore is the best I have ever seen (and I've seen a lot!). I was suffering from immense sciatic pain for nearly a year. I couldn't exercise, and was having trouble walking. I was very depressed and had seen several physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and internists to no avail. Nothing was working. Then I saw Dr. Moore and without exaggeration, within a week I was feeling better. He is compassionate, patient, and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the body and all of its subtleties. I have since recommended him to my husband as he is having knee issues and he is on the mend as well. Two months into treatment with Dr. Moore, not only am I walking around without pain (!!!), I am training for a 104 mile bike ride!!!!! Dr. Moore is now helping me build my training plan. I can't recommend him more! The world needs more Moores! :)

Tried tons of places, this is the only place that really listened to what my issue was and went above and beyond finding the solution. Highly recommend!

WISP has solved a number of problems from me from Crossfit workouts. I highly recommend them.

I went to WISPC for severe back pain. Paul Glodzik was able to identify the cause of the problem, provide effective treatment to relieve the pain, and help me develop a plan to avoid any recurrences. The location is very convenient and scheduling appointments was very easy. My first stop for any future sports-related pain or injuries - highly recommended.
