MN DVS Deputy Registrar Office

Without a doubt the reason MN DVS has such a worthless reputation. Least helpful and lazy group. You wonder why the World is a landfill in 2020 because no one wants to help anyone. Would have take less than 3 mins and maybe 50% effort for them to actually help me but that's fine. Pretty typical.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff went so far ABOVE anything that could be expected. HELPFUL, CLEAN, KIND, WONDERFUL, TIMELY, ANGELS in every way. EVERYONE SMILED AT ME THROUGH THE MASK. I am sure they will go to heaven because they are good through and through.

Hate that an appointment is needed for a simple address change. Would only take 5-10 mins but need to wait 2 months for it. What a joke.

I wonder how many people actually leave this place having accomplished what they wanted to accomplish. Felt like I was Josef K frantically navigating a self replicating bureaucracy half knowing that it was only a matter of time before being brought out back and put out of my misery without any explanation of my crimes

Edith is awesome! The rest of the staff seem really friendly too. Not your average DMV experience. If you go early as close to opening as possible which is 9am you will have the best results. I only waited 5 minutes!
