MN Home is an outlet store that buys customer returned, overstock, and discontinued goods from a wide variety of local stores and resells them at deeply discounted prices. Some goods are new and unused while other items have been used and may have been repaired for sale. Most items fall in the hardware, building supplies, electrical, plumbing, and tools categories. Televisions, kitchen ware, flooring, and janitorial supplies are also carried. Stock changes constantly and you never know what you will find from week to week. Be prepared to spend an hour or more browsing through the available items looking for those gems that fill a need or a future upgrade you are planning. Don’t expect to find everything you are looking for or even find anything you want. It is fun to just browse the inventory. This is more a mans shopping experience and may not appeal to most women. The outlet used to have a very unorganized warehouse look, but recent changes have been made to add shelving and organize the stock in a much more appealing manner.

Love this store. Been going since they had to use a cell phone to check out with credit cards. Had a much better selection before they opened the other stores, but you can still find good deals. Some stuff is overpriced, but if you know what you're looking for and know the going rate, you can save tons of money.
We updated most of our house for 40 to 60% off of what we would have normally paid. We didn't get exactly what we would have wanted, but it was so much cheaper, we can live with it.

I'm not a do it yourself fixer upper but have still found random great deals here. I bought an open-box Roomba here for half of retail and it's been working great for almost a year now. I have also bought a few toys for my little one, including one of those motorized princess four wheelers, which she didn't love so I was glad I didn't pay full price. I agree with other reviewers that sometimes you find things that are overpriced but most of the deals are at least 50% of retail. Love shopping here!

A great selection of affordable stuff to use in home renovations. I bought a kitchen sink, and it looks great while not costing too much. There is so much to look at.

Interesting place...we stopped in when we drive past head toward Menards. Quite a variety of products. A lot of scratch, dent and over stock type stuff, some prices seemed pretty high considering the damage some have (particularly furniture)...but there appeared to be a few little treasures here and there. I can see remit to swinging in there once in a while.
